We are developing biopesticides for agriculture, commercial, household, and public health pest management. 1) Elicits a change in insect control practice from remediation to prevention by using pheromones as the foundation for an integrated pest management practice that can be complemented with other existing tools (e.g. insecticides, traits, biologicals) on an as needed basis. 2) Such pheromone based practice offers superior insect control to growers and can also be used as part of insecticide resistance management programs. 3) Potential to substantially reduce the chemical insecticide load on a global scale since pheromones are compatible with all crops and all farming systems (organic, GMO, chemical)
